Justin is a proud individual of Indigenous heritage, with his family hailing from Sugar Island and Garden River, Ontario. Justin’s ties to his Indigenous roots remain strong today as his family maintains close contact with Batchewana First Nations.

With a career spanning over 25 years, Justin has become a seasoned senior advisor in the IT market, specializing in Data Centre and Cyber Security technology. He has worked with prominent organizations, including Donna Cona, recognized as Canada’s largest Indigenous IT company, as well as industry giants like Cisco Systems, Dell Technologies, McAfee, VMware, and A10 Networks.

Justin’s journey is not only a testament to his professional success, but also a tribute to his deep respect and connection to his Indigenous heritage, which continues to shape his life and perspective at Minose.

Greg Macdonell is a seasoned information technology expert with an impressive track record spanning 25 years. As the managing partner and co-founder of Minose, Greg brings a wealth of experience in large strategic deals and senior leadership to the forefront of the organization. Greg’s IT journey began at Bell Canada, where he became senior leader of solution planning and strategy. His tenure there provided the foundation for his strategic thinking and leadership skills.

Greg’s professional journey extends to 17 years of architecting, building, and supporting complex IT architectures, with a strong focus on networking, cyber security, and data centres. His role at INSA stands out as a testament to Greg’s ability to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of cyber security. His contributions helped strengthen the resilience of organizations against digital threats.

As the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Minose, Greg continues to be at the helm of innovation, driving the organization towards new heights of success in the ever-evolving IT landscape.

Liam brings a wealth of experience from his distinguished 29-year career in the Canadian Armed Forces, where he was instrumental in leading technology teams and driving innovation.

His journey began in tactical communications within the Canadian Army, where he provided crucial support. Over the years, Liam emerged as a technology leader for Canada’s Special Operations Forces, managing both the operational and developmental sides of communications for domestic and international SOF operations. His extensive career also spanned roles in Cyberspace, Electronic Warfare, and Signals Intelligence. Most recently, he led the transformation of the Department of National Defence’s Enterprise Resource Planning modernization, DEFENCEx.

Kyle is thrilled to be part of Minose’s exceptional team and is honored to contribute to its mission. With extensive experience in large, complex deals and senior executive roles, he brings valuable assets to the organization. His previous experience includes working with global IT companies including Randstad Digital and Office Depot, driving growth, revenue and building valued partnerships with his clients.

As a seasoned sales executive with over 15 years of experience, Kyle specializes in IT consulting, solutions, security, IM/IT, hardware, and professional services. He has a proven track record of securing end-to-end solution delivery and IT staff augmentation bids for a range of clients, including national, federal, international, and Fortune 500 organizations. His successful management of projects in cloud migration, cybersecurity, data migration, and design/build initiatives has led to overseeing contracts exceeding $10 million with multi-year awards.

Kyle’s client-first mentality and collaborative approach with sales, recruiting, procurement, security, legal, and senior leadership teams have consistently enabled his clients to optimize and exceed their goals. As a trusted business partner, he excels at navigating diverse stakeholders to achieve common success and consistently delivers IT best practices, resulting in successful and long-lasting relationships.

Daniel is a competitive golfer that attended Carleton University. He has a keen sense of curiosity, openness to learn and the ability to grind when no one else is watching.

He has a capacity to grind through adversity. Known for their determination and grit, they thrive under pressure situations, consistently delivering exceptional performances when it matters most.

Both on and off the course Daniel stands out for his openness to new ideas and perspectives. He approaches challenges with a mindset geared towards growth, learning, adaptation, and incorporating feedback.
